the reason for that is that the one who bought me this THEME has gone offline and had not given me the login to woothemes ?? sadly.

It’s a sticky situation. If it were a GPL theme, then I (and others) could download the theme and see what’s going on.

That’s a paid for theme so I’d not want to look at the code… definitely sticky alright.
