• Hello,

I am trying to create some permanent motivation for my users through daily tasks they have to accomplish on my website:

    – read post X
    – upload a foto
    – watch video Y etc.

I don’t want to supervise it, the user should just be able to mark it as “done”, and gets some points for it e.g. (not necessary).

    The difficulties:

    A) If the user marks it as done, he should get a new task on the next day – not immediately. I want him to have a reason to come back the next day.
    B) He should not see all future tasks, only his actual one.
    C) If he doesn’t come back for a week, the tasks should not have summed up – he always sees his single next task at a time.

    Is that possible with WP?

I tried to do it with courseware and learndash, but if the tasks are lessons, I always get a list with all lession, not only the “actual” one. Plus the drip feed functunality only works when the user logs in every day (because content can be delivered x days after registration) – there is no “on the next day” workaround.

I know, this a tough one. But I could imagine that a feature like this could be great for a lot of bloggers and forum admins out there, wouldn’t it?

Really looking forward to your ideas.

    All the best,
    Eike
