HELP! Getting an error code
-
On one of my free subscriber pages, my members have been getting an error code (45 people in one week). I already contacted my host (hostgator) and they said this code is not theirs, and that I should contact S2 Member which is the plugin that regulates my secure pages.
One of the members emailed me the message below. Hostgator says that the part which states: “Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!” would not be in their code.
So I need to know how to resolve this – as I have a very large event coming up where 20,000 people could be on one secure page at one time watching a live stream!! I don’t want issues where they can’t access the page.
Here’s the email copy from one of my members:

Hi there,
I’ve been trying to log in for a couple of days to print the agenda and speakers for the Not Back to School conference. Keep getting the error message:503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
