Help Getting Started

Hi. Ok, I am brand spankin’ new to WordPress and quite honestly, I have no idea how to get started. I have read through the docs about getting started, etc but I’m still a little confused and have a few questions. I would absolutely love it if there is someone out there that would be willing to give some tips and pointers to a newbie. Maybe via phone or Skype?? Or even if we could email back and forth! I just need some help!
