Help! Gift card amounts are discounted on front end

  • Hi there,

    Please can you help? I’ve downloaded this plug in and the functionality seems great, however the the gift card amounts are being discounted on the front end by 9%. So if the gift card is listed as ￡10, it appears as ￡9.10. ￡100 card appears as ￡91.

    I’ve tried submitting new amounts manually but I still get this price difference. What am I doing wrong…?

    This sounds like a possible conflict with a currency conversion plugin.

    Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin. If this solves the problem gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    Thanks for this. Deactivating the “FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce” plug in solved value discounting issue, but we’d ideally like to continue having a currency switcher. Can you recommend a workaround? Or an alternative currency switcher plug-in?
