Help google news

  • hello, I have a 4 month online and 2 month approved recipe site in publisher center. however, no recipes appear in the news tab. I installed your plugin, how long does it take for the site to appear in the news tab?

    Usually it just takes a few minutes for your feed to update in your Publication.

    Are you getting the ‘no items to show’ on the front of your Publication?

    Hi, I think you misunderstood the question. It’s just that I have an approved niche revenue site for about 2 months on google publisher center, but no revenue appears on google news. Does it take too long? I put your plugin about 3 days ago

    Do you mean that you are expecting money from Google News? If so, there isn’t a system in place to earn revenue through the Publisher Center. It used to be that you could enter AdSense into your Publisher Center, but that system was discontinued because Google News sends readers to your site now, rather than rendering your articles themselves.

    Or… do you mean that your site isn’t ranking on the Google News home/section/search-results pages? If that’s the case, it’s important to know that approval in the Publisher Center doesn’t qualify your site for ranking. Being approved means you get a Publication on Google News that people can subscribe to, and some control over branding options (name, logo) that Google uses on Google News and elsewhere. But it doesn’t cause your articles to rank. Ranking is done by an algorithm that is independent of the Publisher Center,

    and what does google analyze site to rank google news? my website is for cooking recipes

    The algorithm considers many factors, I’d say some of the major factors are newsworthiness, original reporting, trustworthiness, accountability, and the ability to inform and entertain Google News readers with solid news content.
