HELP! headers already sent error

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home5/fyiblogn/public_html/wp-content/themes/newspress/functions.php:2) in /home5/fyiblogn/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-ajax-response.php on line 129

    I get this message and all my posts are gone. This happened to me about 5 days ago too and I ended up dumping the database and reloading wordpress. I lost everything that time.

    Why does this keep happening? I have only been using WordPress on my own site for about 10 days and it has crashed 2 times. What am I doing wrong?
