Help? Homepage not indexed on google

Hi guys,

I wonder if anybody could help me out with this:
when my site Beam Generation
first went live few weeks ago, it didnt have much content so I ticked the “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” in WP writing settings.
To let google index it later, I unticked the box and even asked for a recrawl in google webmasters tools. I must have done smtg wrong because the ranking is still very bad.
My home and blog pages never show up, other pages do, which is weird coz they are not as visited.
I’m using all in one SEO pack. Maybe I wrote smtg wrong in the descriptions? Is there maybe something to do to prioritize the home page there?
More generally, how can I ask google to index my site?
