How do I change my wordpress url name?

    I need to change my wordpress url name. I am not that technically savvy, so please be gentle. =) Thanks so much!

    In what way – in your settings? – navigate to wp-admin/options-general.php

    My wordpress url is catherinehealthy.wordpress.com. I would like to change the catherinehealthy part to something else, without losing my followers. Can I just change the name, as long as it is available, or do I need to create a new blog and then transfer it all over? Thanks!
