• Hi, the plugin works great to insert code. I inserted a mailchimp popup code in my WordPress website, but now I’d like to delete the code. I deleted it from the header field of your plugin and even tried to deactivate your plugin, but the popup still appears now. I can’t see the popup code in my header.php file, but I see the code when I do View source in Google developer tools. Can you please tell me how to delete the code for good? It looks like it’s a common issue for other users. Thank you.

  • Deleting the code from the Header / Footer field and clicking save is the correct way to do it.

If the code is still showing up after deleting the code from the Header / Footer field or deactivating the plugin, then probably it is a caching issue. Are you using a caching plugin? If yes, then try clearing / purging the cache.

I have made the clean up and nothing happened. Footer is still there. I have also deactivated the caching plug in clean up and still there. Any other option to remove the footer?
