HELP ! How to filter jobs as state and cities

I am a beginner in using WordPress and I have used wp job manager plugin. I want to filter all jobs as state and city with a dependent dropdown for each. I used “WP Job Manager – Predefined Regions” to add the states with children as cities but I want to add a drop-down menu to the search form on the job listing page so people can look for the job by state then city.
The form would be like this:

Position Title(Input text) – State (drop-down menu) – City (drop-down menu) – Search(button)

so please any custom solution for this.
