Help. I cannot access my dashboard

    I am receiving these error code

  • Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    pls how do I do this. I cannot access the dashboard

    You need to use FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    I have tried all sorts.I stillcan access my dashboard to update my blog.
    1.I have deleted all files and down load fresh wordpress
    2. I have deleted all admin files and downloaded new codes.

    Is there some that can help me to do this. Please
