HELP. I cannot change the expiration date on any forms!

I hope you’re doing well and I’m sorry to see that you’re facing this issue.

Could you please confirm if there are any caches on your server end? Maybe Object Caching? If yes, could you please try deactivating it and try to update it again?

You can enable it by doing a right click on the page > click on “inspect element” and find the console tab.

You can use a service like Google Drive or Dropbox to share the screenshot with us.

I’ve asked and there is no caching og object caching on the serverside.

It worked before, but now it simply reverts to the old expiration date every time. I can change everything else, but not the date. It is very weird. The “workaround” for us now, is simply to not have any expiration date and manually update the calender when the date arrives.

Hello, I have the same issue.

I get an Uncaught TypeError: this.props.rule is undefined. See Console screenshot:

No caching or Object caching is enabled.

WP: 6.5.5
Forminator: 1.36.3
PHP: 8.0

Sorry I just realized that this issue is known and the workaround is to downgrade to version 1.35.1.

Unfortunately, this is a bug and our team is already working on a fix. At the moment, there isn’t any exact ETA we could provide regarding the release but I hope it will be soon.

A quick workaround would be to revert to plugin version 1.35.1 from here:
