Help! I can't get this to work

    OK, so I have been trying to figure this out for 3 days now and I need help.

    To Install “Easy Instagram”…

    Steps 1-2: Load the plugin
    I can’t figure out how to unzip the file and I do not have a Plug In panel on my WordPress and can’t find where to download Easy Instagram ??
    Steps 3-7: Register for your Instagram API client
    I did all this. So I have all the Client codes, etc.
    Steps 8-9: Authorize your Instagram API client in WordPress
     I can’t even start these steps without Steps 1 & 2.I need to figure out how to get Easy Instagram on my WP in order to plug all the codes in etc.

    Thank you for trying out our Easy Instagram plugin. I have a few questions to ask which will hopefully help you get the plugin installed and running.

    Is your WordPress User Role “Administrator”? If not, this may be why you do not see the “Plugins” tab. If you are an Administrator, please try accessing the Plugins section directly:

    https://www.your-site.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

    If you can get there, please click on the “Add New” button at the top of the page, search for “Easy Instagram,” and proceed with installation and activation.

    If you still have trouble accessing the plugins section of your WordPress installation using the link above, please reply with details. Error messages you receive, etc.

    Thank you so much for writing! I went to the site mentioned above, which for my domain would be:
    https://mrandmrsadventure.wordpress.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

    And it tells me that “The page requested does not exist.”
    I am an the admin on my blog as well.
    What can we try next?

    Hello, brittybr,

    Sorry, we did not notice that you are not a self hosted WordPress site, you are on WordPress.com.

    As such, you will probably get better support over at https://en.support.wordpress.com/ WordPress.com accounts are different in how they work then the self hosted version.

    Hi, a great plugin, very easy to use and edit. One question though, is it possible when clicking on a thumbnail image to open it in FancyBox instead of Thickbox. I’m using Fancybox and now it opens twice.

    Hi there VeloMedia – I cannot get my instagram feed to load on my self-hosted www.ads-software.com site. I know I’ve got the ID right, the Easy Instagram plugin shows up in the dashboard- I just cannot get this to work on the site. Any thoughts? Thank you!
