Help! I can’t log back in

Consider using phpMyAdmin and in the wp_options table set the siteurl and home back to the original values.

siteurl is your WordPress address (URL) and home is your Blog Address (URL).

And, some other info:
https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/

Then when your blog is working, to make WordPress available at https://mydomain.com just change in Settings->General, the Blog address (URL) to https://mydomain.com and put this index.php file in your web-root folder (it is the same folder that contains the wordpress folder)

Then update your permalinks in Settings->Permalinks.

But I was trying to setup the url without /wordpress
