Help! I cant login in.

I removed the admin login link at the bottom of my theme and I made a change to a that pointed a login in the menu but it appears to either have broke or I didnt do it correctly.

How can I login to my site now? Is there any thing I can edit in the wordpress files to show the admin link again?
