help I can’t make taxonomy rules, I just receive an error

  • Hi, I try to add a discount rule, but I receive an error.

    The rule displays in the table of rules but only after I do a browser refresh. The Rule does not apply to the products in the frontend of the website. Anyone has an idea? What is going on ?

  • If the rule shows up on the table of rules, it was saved on the database. There might be a problem of updating the table automatically but you will need to look into the javascript errors on the console or php logs on the server immediately when adding the rule.

    Regarding it not showing up on the products, we would need to test on a dev/staging environment.

    Any updates on the logs?
