Start with turning off your plugins. See if that solves it.

i have done that, i even cleared my browser coach but the problem remains the same

nope i have not had the problem before. i have switch to the default theme still not solved. should i turn of and delete the plugins?

Turn off, you shouldn’t need to delete.

Since you keep saying ‘I have done that…’ why don’t you just list what you’ve already tried?

(By the way – did you try having all plugins off AND having the default theme on at the same time?)

nope… i first turn off the plugins afterwords i change the theme to the default page. then i cleared my browser cookies and cache. this are the only thing i have done!!!
