    Urgent!!

When i want to do anything on my site, for example open “Products”, or open “Plugins” it redirects me to the WooCommerce setup page!!

It sends me to this link: https://kooskluytmansslapen.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin

I’ve worked with WooCommerce before on previous sites, and this issue never came up. I’m very frustrated with this issue, mainly because i can’t even uninstall WooCommerce to try to fix it!!

I want immediate support, i have really big clients who can’t afford this nonsense.

Please support or dev, reply asap!

Or send me a mail to: [ email deleted ]

    Hi there ??

As a first step, I’d recommend renaming the WooCommerce plugin folder through FTP so that you can deactivate it and then uninstall it. If you don’t know how to do this, you can ask your hosting provider to do it for you.

However, at first glance, this could be caused by two things. The first one is that WooCommerce files got corrupted during the installation or that there is a plugin that is causing the conflict.

If there is a plugin that is causing the conflict, I’d recommend you to follow the steps from the following article to troubleshoot and fix your site:

    Cheers.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
