HELP! I need to change administrators

If you have way to go in phpmyadmin database you can reset your user name and password with in database.

Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, I am not very computer literate and do not even know where to begin with the instructions. I tried downloading the PHP, but it seems that i am missing a lot of other parts.

Would you or do you know of anybody that would be willing to help me reset the password so I can get back on track?
