Help, I screwed up when Updating to 2.2

    I tried searching for the answer and will post what I have done to attempt to correct my situation. I have been working with wordpress for about 2 months now. I love it. Last night I saw 2.2 was out and decided to go ahead and upload it. I deactivated my plugins and did it. Now my sidepanel is way out of whack. I again deactivated all of my plugins. I then removed the flickr and twitter badges, I even deleted some of my posts, but the margins are still screwed up. When I post a new item, it opens PROPERLY in a new window.
