Help in using the plugin

    Hello, I am new and not an expert. I installed the plugin, made the scan and the results is:

    1) green records of plugins that are active
    2) red records of unknown plugins maybe deleted

    Ok, but now what I have to do? Delete both, 1 and 2? Or just 2? And how can I delete? Just clicking on the button ad the end of the list? Or I have to select record by record?

    What’s the cehckbox hide?
