Help – Inserting image into page

    Hi,

    New here and to WordPress.

    I’m currently building my second website but have become a bit stuck.

    First of all, I was using Zerif light, was liking the theme so decided to upgrade to the pro version. Installed and activated the pro version and lost everything previously done. Huff.

    Current problem whilst rebuilding is the Uploader won’t insert my images into the page. Everything was working normal before I updated the theme with the images uploading into the widgets correctly. However, now the image uploads fine but as soon as I click Insert to Page nothing happens.

    I have checked on here and tried all the fixes – deactivating plug ins, clearing cache, having wordpress as my only open tab etc.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    A. Did you forget to take backup of your website data? You should always take backup of your site before making any change on live website.

    B. If the image uploading is not working properly, that may happen because of server error.

    C. Try contacting developer he may help you to get your previous data back.
