Help: Inserting Product Codes (SKU’s) Into The Costumer Notes For Shipping

Im developing a site in wordpress (I only have it installed on a local server as of now), and I have a problem with my shipping pluggin which is mipaquete (www.mipaquete.com).

What it does is that it basically collects all the info on my checkout page and creates shipping guides, which will be picked up by my shipping company along with the products.

The problem I have is that the guides will not state which products (SKU’s) are being sent to my costumers. The plugin will only insert the costumers observations into the guides.

Therefore, I would like to know if there was any way in which I could insert the SKU’s and number of each SKU bought by the costumers into the costumer coments section automatically, preferibly without them being able to see it in the comments box during checkout.
