HELP Installation issues

Hello

After a recent update, I found that if I select Hong Kong in the shopping cart at the front desk, I can use the function.

But choosing an international location, such as the United States/UK, etc., will automatically hide your plug-in.

Obviously I have checked all the international parcel options in the backend

please help solve
