Help Installing New Theme…please

    I just bought a new theme from a website and it came with instructions on how to install it…the problem is that I have my domain name and hosting through GoDaddy and have my WordPress account set up through them.

    The instruction I have include using a ftp software, etc. Up until now every time I want to install a new theme I just click on “install theme” in the dashboard and choose which one I want to upload.

    When I do it for this one, I get an error message.

    What can I do to fix this??
