Help integrating Co-Authors to post header

Hello. I installed Co-Authors Plus a while ago, and while I can assign multiple authors now when I create a new post, I would still like to have all authors appear in the single post header, as well as on the headers of the front page blog roll. Problem is, I’m no expert with coding, so I have no idea how to integrating properly.

I did find the the_author_posts_link() tag in my theme’s post_header.php. Replacing that with co_author_posts_link() did NOT work, so I’m assuming there’s a lot more coding that I can’t do but will require.
