Help integrating Woocommerce with my theme

I am trying to integrate my theme with woocommerce. I have tried to use the catch all option and hooks. (info here:https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/)

i have done both options, however it doesn’t break my site, but it also doesn’t fix the side menu in the products page or single products page. my website where the error is: https://sofancyschmancy.com/product-wts/. does anyone have any suggestions? could i entering the code they tell me in the wrong spot? thanks for the help.
