Logo size seems to be set to a fixed size

The logo size seems to be fixed for some reason. I had it set just right this morning, and then for some reason I messed with it. Now it is set to the smaller size and I keep adding the css code I used before to no avail.

I’ve tried putting the css code in custom css and in the child theme style sheet. What am I doing wrong?
