Help: Looking for the right event plugin

Hi everyone,
I hope this is the right place to post such requests.
I am currently creating a wordpress site for my Battlefield 4 video game team. The idea is to handle all our games, training … with an event manager. Unfortunately, after many searches I haven’t been able to find the right one.
What I am looking for is something which would let me create first group of registered users ex: “team1, team 2, team 3″… and then when I create an event ex: “Game vs. Team X” I can select which users can attend i.e. register to the event. If they are authorized to attend then the ideal thing would be that the plugin also send them an email in which they could directly click “Yes I attend, No i don’t” without necessary the need to go on the website.
I hope you can help because that would tremendously help us manage our team.
If you have any other suggestion (maybe another tool that is not necessarily linked to WordPress?), I am very open.
