HELP! lost pages after upgrading to 2.1

i decided to manually upgrade my WP because there’s no upgrade available in Fantastico. Everything seemed fine but when i uploaded the theme i was going to use, the pages were gone. In the manage tab, when i click pages, there’s nothing there. Can anybody help me?
