Try deactivating or deleting that plugin via FTP – https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Login_Trouble#Disable_Plugins

I’m not very familiar with all this- so I need to do that through my host (Bluehost) right- since I can’t sign into my WP dashboard? Thanks.

Yes, and there are two ways that can be done. You can either go in via FTP with your BlueHost credentials and rename the plugin’s folder by adding “hold” or whatever, or a BlueHost Support Tech can go into WordPress and disable all your plugins for you (or they can send you an e-mail telling you how to do that).

Thank you, I did talk to Bluehost and they walked me through it. My site is fixed now.
