Help making theme widget able.

ok basically I have downloaded a theme called “leia-en-10” from https://www.kapikua.com/

I really would appreciate the help. If some1 could email me or respond here and go through steps to be taken in getting this done. I Am not 100% knowledgeable on php or html but I know the basics.
