You can change this string by following this guide:
https://www.kadencethemes.com/translating-theme-strings-locotranslate/

But rather than search for the string within the theme, it will be located in WooCommerce strings.

Looks like this is actually controlled by the theme. Go to the Ascend files in LocoTranslate, and click the “Edit template” link.

In the editor, click “sync.” Once synced, click “save.”

Return to the Ascend area of Loco, then open your language file. Sync this file, and save the change when sync is complete.

You should be able to search for the “search products” placeholder text to translate it.

The files will be edited in the next update so that you don’t need to sync the files.

I just tested again and it works. Here is a gif of the process:

Change the “Featured Products” text by going to Appearance> Widgets, and change the title of your “Products” widget.
