Help me find a few plugins

  • Hello, I’m totally new to wordpress and I wanted to ask is it possible to make it look like: https://www.issuu.com ?
    The main thing i want to do is to make a sidebar at the right of the webpage, and on the left a list of various e-books, and when you click on one of those e-books, to show a little bit of it’s details, size and download button.

    Possible – Yes.

    But unless you want to specify EXACTLY what you want to do, the best I can say is https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/ has a list of plugins, and you should try googling for ‘WordPress plugin <terms>’.

    Well, to be more exact, I’ve made a little php sample, how I’m seeing everything in there: https://edvinas.edas.lt/wp/1/en/index.php

    As you see, there’s a simple library, and video gallery that’s all that I’m trying to find, but I’m still not lucky.
    (Videos won’t be from youtube, they’ll be on the main server as well)

    Thats … a pretty normal theme, actually.

    You can use Custom Post Types to handle a video gallery (or a category, same idea). Try Vipers Video Plugin to PLAY the vids, but nothing there really needs a plugin save that.

    It’s just theme stuff.
