Help me find a template that matches this site design

I want to design a site like this: https://www.curthofer.com/

This will be my first time doing a WordPress site and I am setting it up for a home builder in my area. The site above is the one they like. They want the site to have lots of nice, large pictures.

Do you think the U-design template is close enough? Or do you know of another template that is better.

Any help would be appreciated.
