help me fix my screwed up backup and site migration

Hi everyone,
Was running 2.011 on bluehost under domain name awaketodream.net. I needed to migrate the site to a new server for various reasons, and when I contracted someone to do it for me, he misled me into believing that he knew how to do it.

long story short, I had to fire him. I’m left with my new domain name (disadventure.com) and a really crappy backup of my databases. A different friend let me use his subdomain and installed a new instance of WP, and tried to put in the backups – you can see it on disadventure.com, but it’s without any theme or visible organization – just content.
Problem is, the old site at awaketodream.net is no longer registered, so none of the links in the backup work. I can’t even get in to the admin page to figure out how to install a theme. the archives are evidently there, I just can’t make any of the other links work properly because they all point to awaketodream.net.

please help me!
