Help me in reducing server load!

I got my account suspended two times for overloading. My site is https://svolze.com Whenever I check in my cPanel the server load is always above 2 and sometimes reaches 700!!!! What should I do to maintain it? Please give me some tips. I have tried WP Super cache but its still the same.
