Help Me ObiWan (aka NuclearMoose)…Fluid Center Col.

I am having a “time” attempting to mod the Trident template to give me:
A) Fixed width left and right cols. and
B) Fluid center col.
I spent most of yesterday “tweaking” the CSS but most of the results were somewhat bizzare at best. I changed the “rap” to allow the blog to expand in width to fill the browser window. As it is now, the right col. seems to be “fluid” to a point but as you reduce the width of the browser window, the right and center cols. get hidden and scroll bars appear. If you (or anyone else for that matter) could help me solve this, I would be most gratefull. I would be very happy to compensate (I don’t expect sumptin fer nuttin) if that would be appropriate. As a “newbie” to both blogs and scripting I am having to figure this stuff out as I go but in the meantime, I need this to work.
