Everyone calm down please.
As horrible as this sounds, the plugin author is under no obligation to reply to you with support. Yeah. I know. HOWEVER. While you’re free to help out folks in the support forums, it’s against our policy to ask them to contact you off this site. That’s for a few reasons, but paramount is we’re trying to protect YOU ??
If you log into someone’s site and break it, you’re legally responsible. And if you allow some random internet stranger to log in to your server and fix this, without a legal contract, you’re putting your personal information in their hands. Either way, people can (and have been) sued. Since we can’t possibly vet users for you, we ask you not ask for someone to offer or ask for help logging in to WP sites or servers.
Trust us here, folks. You do not want that kettle of fish in your lap!
What SEO Wizard did, inserting backlinks without your express permission, was against out guidelines. Period. Their plugin was (temporarily) removed until this was fixed. This is standard procedure. That means you couldn’t find the new version until it was re-approved. It sometimes messes things up with reports and the forums. Sorry about that.
@ sinewaves1 – You said this:
So digital ocean said that Seo UK Team is storing customers urls in a data base and then backlinking them,
Can you please ask Digital Ocean to email plugins AT www.ads-software.com with the information regarding that? Or if you have the detailed information, please forward it to us?
