Help Me Please. Upload 3D Model

When I click on “set model”, I select the .glb file but when I click on “generate shortcode”, “please upload the model first” appears. I’ve also tried other supported formats but it never works. I use WordPress version 5.7.1 and Themify Parallax. How can I solve?
