Help me show my blog better

Since you are using Yoothemes you have native support for WordPress recent posts links in widget areas. See List Options at https://yootheme.com/support/yootheme-pro/wordpress/widget-and-module-settings.

If you want something else there are a ton of plugins. The one we find generally useful is Shortcodes Ultimate because it does so much. Review to https://getshortcodes.com/docs/posts/ to see if that will meet your needs. You can use the shortcodes in any block and you aren’t limited to just widget areas.

Plugins are a great way of improving your site. I recommend doing this because of the plugins that are offered. Will enhance the features and you can do a search for a certain one.

You can setup your blog page with good design using some of page builders like elementor or wp bakery builder. The Good idea will be to use a better theme just like the one installed on Healtrick Blog. This is just a theme’s built in blog page design…
