help me to add disqus plugin.

hi, just few days back i started my blog in wordpress. My theme is Rowling . I couldnot install disqus plugin . in plugin tab i am getting this message “Your site comes pre-installed with a wide variety of plugins. Uploading your own plugins is not available on WordPress.com”. pls help me to add disqus plugin.
