    To help troubleshoot the issue further, could you please provide the following details?

    • Order notes from the affected order
    • What you see under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory
    • System report by going to WooCommerce > Status, selecting Get System Report,
    • Any error logs found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    My problem is that many orders are canceled. There are some orders that are processed correctly, but most are canceled. The customer told me that they successfully placed the order.

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi there!

    Thank you for sharing the system status report. I can see that you are using an outdated version of WooCommerce and the WooCommerce database, which may be causing this issue. Could you please take a backup of your site first, then update the WooCommerce plugin to the latest version (9.7.2) and check if the issue persists?

    Also, just to verify, are the orders that are being canceled placed using the payment method provided by the WooCommerce MPGS Plugin? If yes, I would suggest reaching out to the payment provider’s support team to check if they have any time limit for order processing.
