HELP ME…..after the WP2.7 upgrade

try
deleting site cookies
clear browser cache
reset permalinks

cool..tried resetting permalinks…and it worked..but it doesn’t seem to like my custom setting e.g. /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/

any suggestions mate?

Check your .htaccess file, make sure it exists and that WP can write to it. Additionally, some web hosts only update their servers hourly with regard to .htaccess files, so if yours is a relatively new file, your web host may not recognize it yet.

My permalinks were messed up after a fresh install a while back, but that was b/c my hosting company treated it as a new .htaccess file.
