help menu on custom post type add new/edit screens

I am able to add contextual help tabs to my custom post type admin screens but not to single custom post type screens (the add new and edit screens).
to clarify, if I have a custom post type with the slug ‘foobar’ I can add a help tab at the page located at https://mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=foobar
but I cannot add one to https://mysite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2636&action=edit

is this feature available for your plugin? what do I need to do to add these screens?
