Help! Multi-Vendor or Multi-Shipping

Hi!

I need help from you guys! I′m making a website, with a set of products, made by site admin. Each product can be shipped to certain zones. Now, the thing is, I need a plugin to assign the orders to the vendors of the certain zone.

Example:
1. User buys Product1
2. At the checkout user types the delivery zip code
3. The system assigns that order to a Vendor or shipper in this area (there is only one vendor/shipper per area) and the delivery is free
4. The vendors/shippers should have they own kind of backend, where they can switch the statuses of the order

I thought first, that the multi vendor plugin, in combination with “one product multiple vendors” and “vendor zone shipping” will solve the problem, but there is no opportunity to assign a vendor to a certain zip code, or zone. Just per product.

Do you know if there is a plugin that could solve this?
