Help! my account doesn't work anymore

  • Hi everybody! in 2012 I open my blog https://ilclubdellibro.com/ that I updated on june 2013 for the last time.

    Now I have a problem: I would like to enter it but it seems that my password (and most important my email account) doesn’t work anymore. I looked at my email and I discovered that I have just the mails about
    “New comment waiting approval” , but nothing about my account (like confirmations or my password)

    So how can I have the acess to my blog again?

  • I’d suggest going through your hosting provider to see what email account is listed on the admin login. You should be then able to have the password reset link sent to that.
