Help – my blog has vanished!

    Hi,
    When I go to https://www.pisteandpeaks.com/Blog I get the message that the webpage cannot be displayed.
    When I try to login nothing happens, the login page just refreshes itself.
    I went into the PHP and changed the password and tried deleting all the cookies on my computer but still no go.
    I’m not good with code so I have got a bit stuck now.
    It will be fanastic if someone can help me out with this,

    Still no joy – I’m thinking that I will just have to re-install it all, but is there a way of saving the posts that I have already written?

    It looks like it’s stuck passing back and forth between www and non-www.

    First, access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel) and manually change the siteurl and home values to https://www.pisteandpeaks.com/Blog

    If that doesn’t resolve the issue, rename the .htaccess file in the /Blog/ directory.

    If that doesn’t resolve the issue, rename the .htaccess file in the web root directory.

    Thanks for that – I tried the first one but it’s still the same.
    I’ll try renaming the .htaccess file but do I change the name to anything in particular or does it not matter?

    Just rename it to anything but .htaccess
