I have latest version of the plugin with a reservation form that has worked fine ever since I put it there a year ago.
All of a sudden my clients do get the message that the form was sent correctly but I do not receive it. I have just filled out the form myself and also get the message that it was sent correctly but no form in my email. I have not changed any settings, have added another email address in global settings next to my (up to date) admin email, but to no avail.
I am hoping someone can tell me what to do…
    This is the form page:

    Thanks!

  • Hi Diana,

Could you check that the site is correctly sending emails? You can do this by installing the “Check Email” plugin:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-email/

Then, try sending a test email from your WP Tools > Check Email menu item. Does the test email go through? If not, then I would recommend contacting your webhost to let them know about the issue. If the email does go through, can I see a screenshot of your form’s Settings > Emails tab?

You can create a topic in the help desk if you need to provide the screenshot:

    Dear Jamie,
Thanks so much for taking the time to reply! As it turns out my WP site is not sending out emails… I contacted the webhost and they said there was some spamming going on on the same server I am on and therefore it was blacklisted. They said they removed the spammers and said the ban will be lifted in the next few hours. I am not sure if that will solve the problem but it is definitely not the plugin′s fault!
I solved the problem by installing WP Mail SMTP, hope that helps someone else
    Regards,
    Diana

Thanks for sharing your solution! I prefer SMTP plugins because they’re a lot more reliable, in my experience, compared to a webhost.
